What can I expect during the first session?

During your first session we look at the topics where you desire to have some support in.

We will talk, do some exercises and during the session you will experience coaching on physical, mental, emotional, energetic level, so you have more clarity how to tackle these topics in your daily life.

After the session you get some exercises to work with so you can increase your awareness.

Where does the session take place?

The sessions can take place online from your own house through zoom.
Or they  take place in a pleasant space in London or Amsterdam, or during a walk in nature.

How long is a session?

An introductory session takes about an hour and a half.

Follow-up sessions are usually one hour, or max an hour and 15 minutes.

Are the sessions covered by the insurance company?

The sessions are not covered by insurance companies.

What if I want to cancel the session?

When you need to cancel the session, please inform me at least before 24 hours in advance.

Send me an email, make a phone call or send me a whatsapp/sms, to prevent any extra costs.

With what kind of symptoms or questions can i come?

In general you experience some kind of struggle in your life. It can be related with your personal or professional life or with your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Examples of mental and emotional symptoms:
restless thoughts, difficulties to relax, focus or concentration, procrastination, avoiding confrontations, nervousness, fear of failure, frustrations, mourning, moodswings, or something from the past is still in your way, etc.

Examples of physical symptoms: pain or tensions in different area’s, breathing issues, period or menopause symptoms, digestion, sleeping, skin conditions, etc.
