• The Deep Dive (Intake): We start with an extensive two-hour depth interview to clarify your focus, intention, and the deeper layers of your soulful desire for the upcoming period.
• 7 x 1-on-1 Sessions (90 days): Your safe haven. Online or on-location, we will align, explore your blocks, and activate your inner wisdom based on the themes of Love, Courage, Joy, Adventure, Trust, and Outward Expression.
• Your Anchor (In-between Support): Between sessions, you will receive tailored exercises that ensure continuity and momentum in your process.
• Daily Open Line: A unique and vital element. Throughout these 3 months, you have a daily opportunity to share, brainstorm, celebrate successes, or decompress via text, audio, or video. You are not alone in this.
