Have you forgotten what it is like to play?
Are you stuck in a serious, hardworking mode?
Then you have come to the right place. With this workshop, I will help you reconnect with your playful self. There´s a part of you that remembers how to have fun and feel joy, and the energy you receive when you take action from a place of creative flow. In this workshop we will make your playful energy visible with your own personal Play Board.
A Play Board will help you:
- To capture what brings you joy in images
- To take practical steps while staying in a playful flow
- To take action led by your heart and inner knowing
- to live in alignment with your essence and do what genuinely makes you happy
What will you receive?
- A printable handout to create your Play Board one step at a time
- A comfortable setting where I help you gain clarity into your playfulness and joy
- You will create the first version of your Play Board during our session together.
- After this day you will continue to develop your Board and play with it at your own pace, in a way that feels right to you
- I will provide practical tools and exercises for you to keep playing after the workshop ends
Pausing to reflect on what truly brings you joy is essential to carving out your own path
The more you connect to your playfulness and joy, the more clarity you will feel about the deepest longings stirring in your heart. Playing gives you insights into the steps that give you energy and are truly aligned with your path.
Sometimes you have to stop running to be able to feel and clear the fog in your mind.
During this workshop I will take you along into the deeper silence of your being and help you make your playful energy visible on a vision playboard. It is a sacred moment for yourself, to welcome in the creative part of you. At the end of the workshop, every fiber in your being will feel exactly what it is that gives you joy.
Sometimes you have to hit the brakes and take a moment to reflect on the path you wish to take
