This was the theme of the last online (Dutch) Satsang Inside Wisdom. We were sharing about our morning routines and how setting your affirmations can help you through out the day.
Affirmations can support you to stay on track with your goals in life, staying consistent, without pushing yourself and keep the fun and creative flow.
It was a beautiful reminder for each one of us in another way:
- One realized she wants to be more aware with her breathing, so her energy level would not drop through out the day;
- Another participant is going through an intense process and she realized that she was caught up in caring for another person, and forgot to take also care for herself;
- And someone wanted to discover how to keep playing when she daily writes her content and how the affirmations helping her to keep in the joyful flow, instead of pushing.
We dived in depth how to form your own personal affirmations, that are not just dry words to repeat for yourself, but can become really juicy, touching and empowering for your process and your day.
For myself I created three affirmations, that I integrate with daily actions on three different area’s in my life: for my wellbeing, personal development and my business. They keep me focused and I feel the fun and commitment.
