Getting Clarity On 2025

8 January 2025

Is your new year off to a good start?

I hope you feel the space to follow your own rhythm and listen to your needs, without getting swept up in the demands of daily life.

I just got back to London and have worked for 4 days in the coffee place close to where I live in Kentish town. Last February I started working as a barista for two days a week, next to my work as a coach. I am really happy with the team I form a part of and the locals that come for the best coffee in the area šŸ˜‰

In December I decided to take on the role of event manager and organized the Christmas event for the staff of all the different locations. It turned into a great bowling and karaoke night, where we got to know the coworkers from the other 4 locations better.

For some it may seem like my barista job is totally separate from coaching, but I see them as complementary. I use my coaching skills while I make coffee, when I feel that my clients and coworkers could use it and they are open to receive. This way my coaching practice develops in an organic and smooth way here in London. This year I want to expand my coaching business in London more, which I am very excited about!

Jeroen and I started the new year with a 5-day detox to start the year off fresh. We usually do a 10-day Ayurvedic detox, but this year we have chosen for a slightly shorter version. We both craved a cleanse at this time of the year.

Do you feel clear on how you want to spend 2025? If you have no idea and would like to feel inspired ā€¦let me know.

Or fill in the Yearcompass, the first part is looking back at the previous year, and the 2nd part is about the new year. It can help you think make things clear.

HereĀ“s to making wonderful moves with clarity this year!

Warm greets, Jessica
